Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by a177. By accessing the a177 platform, placing a wager, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and a177. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must not use the a177 platform. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By completing the a177 account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the a177 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of account creation and remain in force until the Account is closed by either party in accordance with Section 10.
2.3 a177 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The a177 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. It is the sole responsibility of each User to verify their own legal age. a177 may request supporting identity documentation at any time to confirm age compliance.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the User's personal and exclusive responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the a177 Platform constitutes a lawful activity in their specific jurisdiction within or outside Pakistan. a177 makes no warranty or representation regarding the lawfulness of its Services in any particular location. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk.
3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the a177 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.
3.4 Exclusions. a177 does not knowingly permit access by individuals who are self-excluded, have been excluded by a177, or are employees, directors, or immediate family members of the a177 operating entity.
4.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the a177 registration process. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
4.2 a177 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. a177 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.3 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. a177 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to keep credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify a177 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach via the 24/7 support channel.
5.1 a177 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Bank Alfalah Bank Transfer. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits are credited to the User's a177 Wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external network conditions.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. a177 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
5.4 a177 does not charge deposit fees as standard. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside a177's control and are the User's responsibility.
5.5 a177 reserves the right to decline or reverse transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 All wagers placed on the a177 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Once confirmed, a wager placed on the a177 sportsbook cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Casino and slot wagers are final upon placement in accordance with the applicable game mechanics.
6.3 a177 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a system or pricing error has occurred; (b) the event result is subject to official dispute or reversal; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption in the relevant sporting event; or (d) the wager was placed in violation of these Terms.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all a177 products. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by a177 at its discretion, including the imposition of individual account-level limits.
6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a wager, the records held by a177's systems shall be considered definitive unless a clear technical error is demonstrated by the User.
7.1 a177 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, or other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, and payment method. a177 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers or reclaim Bonus Funds credited in error or obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
7.3 a177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a177 Platform:
a177 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void wagers, and withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.
9.1 a177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered Users. The Platform provides the following tools accessible directly within each Account: deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Users who believe their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool or contact a177 support to request an account closure or restriction. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed before their expiry.
9.3 a177 reserves the right to implement responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

10.1 a177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) a177 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order; (c) a177 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) the User has requested self-exclusion.
10.2 Upon Account closure in circumstances not involving a breach by the User, any verified Wallet balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
10.3 Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting a177 support. a177 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and return eligible Wallet balances accordingly.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 a177's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 a177 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect Service availability.
12.1 All content on the a177 Platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, game assets, graphics, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of a177 or its licensors. No User acquires any proprietary rights through use of the Platform.
12.2 Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any a177 content without prior written authorisation from a177.
13.1 a177 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Users consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 a177 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.
14.1 a177 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered Users will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account prior to the effective date of the revision.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at a177.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international standards governing online gaming operations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any local law applicable to a User, it remains the User's responsibility to comply with their local legal obligations.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with a177 support will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to seek urgent injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction.
